As the Voice of the Mattress Industry®, ISPA actively advocates for industry interests before legislators and regulators at the local, state and federal level. The 2022 Mid-Year Legislative Update, organized by topic category, reviews the legislation ISPA is tracking and actively engaged in on our members’ behalf so far this year. To date, ISPA is tracking 155 bills in 34 states and the District of Columbia. We will continue to follow bills that remain active and will keep you apprised of any updates that occur throughout the year.
