Last week, Maryland Delegate Terri Hill, M.D. introduced HB 930, which would enact a statewide mattress recycling program. Delegate Hill has introduced unsuccessful mattress recycling legislation in previous sessions of the Maryland legislature. ISPA disagrees with a number of provisions in the bill she has introduced this year. ISPA looks forward to engaging with her to address our concerns.
