CPSC Recalls SoFree, Kudsq and Crayan Mattresses
The U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) has warned consumers to immediately stop using 12-Inch SoFree, 12-Inch Kudsq, and 10-Inch Crayan mattresses. The recalled mattresses violate mandatory federal flammability regulations for mattresses, posing a fire hazard to consumers. In addition, the mattresses lack the required labeling.
CPSC issued a Notice of Violation to the importer, Comfort SCM Co. of Denver, Colorado who has not agreed to recall these mattresses or offer a remedy to consumers. As such, the CPSC urges consumers to stop using the mattresses immediately and dispose of them in accordance with local disposal requirements. The mattresses covered by this warning were sold online at Amazon.com from July 2023 through June 2024 and manufactured in Japan.
