Completing multiple sustainability supplier surveys can be time-consuming and repetitive. ISPA’s Sustainability Committee developed a voluntary, standardized supplier survey to simplify and streamline that process to reduce duplication and reporting burden across the value chain. 

The downloadable, editable survey provides suppliers with a consistent way to communicate sustainability information and respond to data requests, while giving manufacturers and retailers greater visibility into their supply chain’s sustainability practices. It is also designed to help suppliers and manufacturers prepare for increasing sustainability inquiries from customers and retailers. Questions are aligned with both a sustainability maturity model and common sustainability information requests, including those found in EcoVadis assessments, to help companies identify data gaps, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
