ITC Holds Hearing in Final Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Injury Investigation of Mattresses from 13 Countries
Last week, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) held a hearing in its final injury investigation in the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations of mattresses from 13 countries. During the hearing, the Commissioners and their staff accepted testimony from and asked questions of representatives of the U.S. mattress manufacturers and labor unions who filed these cases and the foreign producers and importers of the investigated products who oppose the cases. The ITC is currently scheduled to make its final injury determination regarding mattresses on June 11, 2024.
ISPA will provide an update after the vote is held.
