As The Voice of the Mattress Industry(TM), ISPA actively advocates at the federal, state, and local levels, representing industry interests before legislators and regulators. So far in 2025, ISPA is closely monitoring 185 bills across 34 states and D.C. in addition to 3 federal bills, concentrating its efforts on issues that affect mattress manufacturers, component suppliers, and retailers.
