The International Sleep Products Association promotes sustainability in the bedding industry through collaboration, education, and advocacy.

Our Commitment

In April 2022, ISPA’s Board of Trustees approved the association’s sustainability initiative, and later that year established ISPA’s Sustainability Committee.

The Sustainability Committee, composed of a diverse group of bedding suppliers and manufacturers, recommends policies and actions to the Board of Trustees to support and enhance sustainability practices within the sleep products industry. Specifically, the committee makes recommendations on how ISPA might:

Educate the industry about sustainability concepts, terminology and trends
Promote environmentally responsible operations and practices in the sleep products industry
Dedicate resources to gather industry input when shaping industry policy
Implement industry sustainability goals
Monitor and advocate for relevant government policies
